Description

Syncthing replaces proprietary sync and cloud services with something open, trustworthy and decentralized. Your data is your data alone and you deserve to choose where it is stored, if it is shared with some third party and how it's transmitted over the Internet.

Version management

Version 0.14.6, versions updated manually server wide once a month. Once installed you can always use the build in upgrader to upgrade to newer versions.

Getting started

Bytesized supports Syncthing hosting on every +Appbox. It's a one-click installable app.

• Go to your Box page
• Press "Install application"
• Find Syncthing and press "Install"
• Fill in a password and press "Install app"

After a few seconds your Syncthing should be configured and ready to use.

Known Issues

Do not enable the setting Use HTTPS for GUI. There is a redirection bug that will make your server unusable until you reinstall Syncthing.
